An OPEN HOUSE, for anyone interested to learn about camp, meet past campers, counselors, teachers and staff, and tour the facilities, is scheduled for:

Saturday, April 19, 2008 at Springside School, 1-3pm

AL-BUSTAN CAMP is held at Springside School:

JULY 7 - 25, 2008 for campers age 6 to 12 years

Monday - Friday. Drop-off is 8:45 to 9:00am and pick-up is 4:00 to 4:15pm. Before-care (8-9am) and afer-care (4-5pm) available for additional fee.

Children 6 to 12 years can sign up for one to three weeks, although three weeks allows for a richer language and cultural experience.

JULY 2, 3, 7 - 25, 2008 for teen campers 13 to 17 years

Teenagers must sign up for all three weeks and attend July 2nd and 3rd for orientation and start of video program.

Youth 16 years and older have several additional options. They can apply to be full/part-time volunteer counselors who mentor campers and assist lead teachers. Youth 16 and 17 years who apply to be part-time volunteer counselors may participate part-time at no fee in either the video program (offered in the morning) or the drama/music/Arabic program (offered in the afternoon).

We also have two positions for full-time paid senior counselors, 18 years and older.
