Children and youth appreciate the different quarter tones and rhythms in Arabic music by playing percussion and seeing demonstrations on a variety of Middle Eastern instruments. Teenagers 13 to 18 years also have an opportunity to expand their explorations of Arabic music based on their interests and skills.

Children learn Arab folklore dances related to the camp's theme and present a musical dance performance at the end of camp.
