Arabic Alphabet Linoleum Cut Print – notecard of linoleum cuts depicting animals for each letter of the alphabet, made by campers, counselors and staff at Al-Bustan Camp. An accompanying diagram of each Arabic letter and word with English translation and transliteration extends the artworks instructional use, serving as an educational tool that integrates language instruction and art. Card size 5”x8.5”, with envelope.
Embracing Their Origins, Sharing Their Stories: Seven Youth Videos with a Curriculum Supplement about Arabs, Arab-Americans and Stereotypes – curriculum resource packet for middle to high school teachers including a DVD of seven youth videos and a CD of curriculum supplement consisting of a teachers’ guide, media literary unit, 6-lesson unit on stereotypes, and bibliography.
