In this session, we focus on the calming rhythm of hand-crafting meditative beads and textured bracelets. These culturally rooted activities are designed to be grounding and accessible, offering a quiet way to express your journey through color, pattern, and touch. No prior art experience is needed—simply a desire to be present.
Beyond the craft, this is a space for holistic support. We invite you to enjoy a warm cup of tea, participate in communal storytelling, and access helpful resources curated specifically for our community’s needs.
